Axiem Systems markets this leading photo editor as a tool to ‘discover unlimited editing possibilities.’ You’ll never need to transfer photos for editing elsewhere; apply effects, enhance photos, remove blemishes, crop, whiten smiles and do so much more with this amazing photo app.

Interface

The interface gets an impressive 5/5. The design is beautiful, simple and elegant. All the tabs are set in front of a beautiful background. You’ll get well-placed tabs such as undo/redo, crop, brightness, contrast, and text. Moreover, the following tabs are also available: blemish, red-eye, whiten, adjust, focus, Hi-Def, scenery, portrait, stickers, draw, splash, and meme among others. The tabs are all conveniently located at the bottom, allowing you to maximize space for the photo-editing experience.

Features and Tools

I’ll give this a rating of 4/5. You can get free from the App store or get the Google Play app for the photo editor for free too. You get a one-stop shop for all your photo editing operations instead of having to move photos around between different media and interfaces. Some of the amazing features include the tons of collages, frames, and amazing overlays, sharpen and blur filters, and a built-in HD camera to take photos with. This is a great improvement from previous photo apps which had to rely on the phone’s camera quality strictly. You can draw, doodle and paint on your photos. You can also import and export high-resolution images which is a great addition. The latest version has a tutorial for each tool that you want to use, which is cool. There are also tons of styles, colors, and patterns to choose from.

Usability

I’ll give the app a 4/5. Considering the fact that the app is free, this app should be on all phones and devices. Having every single feature you need makes this app convenient. You can actually edit more than a single photo at a time which is great if you’re working with volumes. Even without the in-app purchases such as Viewfinder and Wanderlust, you will still be able to access every cool feature that comes with the app.

Devices Compatibility

Rates at 5/5. This is an app for all Android devices and iOS gadgets including iPhone, iPad, and iPod-touch. A regular update performs bug fixes. The APK for Android mobile varies with the Android device. The iOS app needs 9.0 version or later.

Pros

  • Every feature you might need for a photo editor;
  • Simple to use and very intuitive;
  • Gives photos a professional look.

Cons

  • The Google Android app version experiences frequent crashes;
  • Photos do not save sometimes;
  • Ads are a nuisance.

The Conclusion

This is the most comprehensive app for all your photo-editing period! With loads of creative options and an array of editing tools, you will feel like a professional photographer in no time. The tutorials are a great help because there are so many useful features that one may not know how to use. It has the widest array of color schemes that I’ve ever seen for any photo editing app. Several bugs need urgent fixings, such as the constant crashing for the Android app and the fact that you can’t save photos sometimes, even after lengthy editing sessions.
